Meet Bobby, an 8 year old Terrier cross boy who is looking for a new home. Whilst one of our Inspectors was attending to complaints the owner of Bobby approached her to ask if she can take him. He was signed over for rehoming as he kept getting out of the un-secure garden and due to being in a distressed state he heel nipped, however we did rehome him but he was returned due to a couple of incidents where he nipped a couple of people after being spooked, once by a jogger. We want to give Bobby a chance of contentment so the right home is paramount.

Bobby is neutered, microchipped, he has been health checked, wormed, flead and fully vaccinated. He is scarred from a previous burn but is a very healthy dog. Bobby is a small and very friendly dog with a lovely nature. He lived with a Pug but he’s not so good with other animals. He has grown up with children but we are looking for a child free home. He loves doggy choccy drops and chews, he travels well but loves to see what’s going on!
He’s not toy or food possessive and knows a few commands. He is good on the lead but even though he may come back when called you may have trouble catching him-he likes this game! He is also housetrained.
We are looking for someone who is home a lot as he doesn’t really like being left on his own, perhaps you’re a retired couple or work from home and you have a secure garden. You will also be experienced with Terriers and their characterful and cheeky ways!

Bobby is so much fun and very loving, he’s no problem generally with people even visitors to the home but due to the aforementioned incidents he needs a very quiet area where he’ll not be given the chance to react to situations with strangers that spook him for some reason. Perhaps you live on a non working farm or small holding in the country side, or a little house with lots of quiet country walks. We all love Bobby to bits and just want to give him a chance, in the right home he’ll be a wonderful pet!
