Rusty is a playful and loving 6 year old male Norfolk Terrier cross that will make the perfect companion. At first, he displays some Terrier traits with those who are unfamiliar to him and can be a little nervous, but once he gets to know you, Rusty soon shows recognition via a friendly greeting. He socialises well with others dogs but can be uncomfortable with small children and is intolerant of cats.
Rusty is currently being fostered by a single person who has found him to be the perfect house guest going right through the night without causing any disturbance, who is non-destructive and house-trained. He is slightly territorial of his new garden but is otherwise a delightful and well-mannered chap. He travels well by car and does not mind long journeys, but prefers to be enclosed within his carry cage/case. We recommend that Rusty be best adopted by a child-free couple or single who can provide him with a permanent home filled with the love and friendship he craves and so deserves.
